In October, from Sunday 22 at 06.00 pm until Monday 23 at 03.00 am, some of our services will not be available.

Sorry about this situation, but you don’t have to worry about your shipments.
The duration of your labels and collection codes will be extended by 9 hours. So you’ll all the time you need to manage your parcels!

The pick up at the locker will still be regularly operational.

The services involved will be:
- Parcel tracking on site will not be updated
- Customer service will not be available by phone. Requests received by mail will be taken in charge from Monday, February 20 at 08.00
- No notifications about shipment status will be sent
- Packages cannot be delivered at Lockers and InPost Points
- It will not be possible to pick up packages at InPost Points, even if you have already received an inventory notification
