We are working to restore functionality.  You can continue to pick up your parcels using the QR code sent on the email you used when purchasing online or using the PIN code you received. We apologise for the inconvenience, but currently, due to a glitch in the system, the QR code sent via SMS for withdrawals in the Locker is not working. We are working to restore functionality. Pick-ups at our InPost Points are working normally. You can continue to pick up your parcels using the QR code sent in the email you used when purchasing online or using the PIN code you received. We would also like to remind you that in case of need, you can also ask for the QR to be re-sent on the email via our chatbot. If you do not see the email, please also check your Spam folder.
