In compliance with the new legal provisions (Legislative Decree 24/2023) and to strengthen and spread a corporate culture oriented towards ethics, integrity and legality, Locker InPost Italia s.r.l., with registered office at viale Cassala, 30, Milano (20143), VAT no. 08568700960 (“InPost Italia”), has implemented a Whistleblowing System.

We want to ensure that all interested subjects have the right to make their reports freely and safely, guaranteeing maximum confidentiality and discretion in the management of investigations.

FIND OUT IF YOU ARE AMONG THE SUBJECTS WHO CAN MAKE THE REPORT

You can make a report if:

  • you are or have found yourself, even only temporarily, in a working relationship with InPost Italia even if you do not have the qualification of employee (e.g., employed worker, self-employed, freelancer, trainee, shareholder, person with a management, control function, etc.); or
  • you do not yet or have never had a legal relationship with the same, but you are or have been in an application process and/or in other pre-contractual phases; or
  • your working relationship with InPost Italia has ended.

WHAT YOU CAN REPORT

You can report all behaviors that harm the public interest and/or the integrity of InPost Italia and which consist of violations of national and European Union law and national transposition legislation.

We remind you that you cannot report facts linked exclusively to your individual work relationships, including relationships with your superior (e.g., mobbing). These reports are processed through the procedures established by the relevant Group Policies.

N.B. We also remind you that the internal whistleblowing reporting channels are NOT proper for receiving complaints and/or reports regarding inefficiencies relating to InPost services (delays in shipments, damaged packages, lockers not working, InPost Points not available, etc.). WHAT INFORMATION YOU SHOULD SEND US

In order to carry out the investigation as best as possible, we need as much information as possible, therefore, we strongly recommend that you indicate:

  • the circumstances of time and place in which the reported event occurred;
  • the description of the fact;
  • personal details or other elements that allow the identification of the person to whom the reported facts can be attributed;
  • documents that can provide elements of substantiation of the facts;
  • other subjects potentially aware of the facts.

If the chosen reporting channel allows it and unless you wish to provide personal information voluntarily, reporting can also take place ANONYMOUSLY. Scroll down to find out which reporting channels can guarantee your anonymity.

Attention! It is important that you read and understand the contents of the Personal Data Privacy ink before submitting your report. No personal data should be sent that is not strictly relevant to the report. However, if you send them, we have the obligation to delete them immediately.

ADDIONAL CHANNELS TO BE USED ONLY IN CASE OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST

Exclusively if one (or more) of the subjects in charge of managing the whistleblowing reports indicated below has a conflict of interest with respect to a specific report (as, for example, the reported subject or the whistleblower), the report may be sent through the alternative channels reported in the Whistleblowing Italy Policy available here.

The subjects responsible for managing and supervising the reports received by InPost Italia are the Compliance Officer/General Counsel Italy, the Head of Human Resources Italy, the Legal Counsel Italy and the Group Compliance Officer,, subjects specifically appointed and trained to guarantee professionalism, impartiality and confidentiality in the management of the investigation.
