The partnership between InPost and Dr.Max began as a bold move: Dr.Max, a chain of both physical and online pharmacies operating nationwide, was the first in the pharma sector to bet on our lockers for Out-of-Home deliveries.
Today, we celebrate the first year of collaboration with Dr.Max, and we couldn’t be more excited. A partnership built with a focus on you, our customers, who inspire us to offer better promotions and an ever-improving service.
Thanks to consistent attention and effort, shipments have quadrupled in a year, and 75% of customers who try InPost for the first time choose to use it again.
But who are the typical customers choosing and re-choosing us through Dr.Max? Insights from data collected over this first year reveal that they are primarily women living in major cities such as Rome, Milan, Turin, Genoa, and Bologna.
Interestingly, these customers prioritize both their appearance and their overall health. Their purchases include skincare products, sunscreens, supplements, and vitamins, reflecting a well-rounded approach to physical and mental well-being.
In all regions of Northern and Central Italy, Dr.Max customers use both lockers and neighborhood pickup points. However, in the South, there is a marked preference for pickup points.
