Parcel status updates. You will now receive more detailed and real-time updates on the status of your parcels using the same methods as requesting them from Sole.
Resend pickup PIN code. You can now request the resend of the pickup PIN code by activating the automatic forwarding process of the necessary information via email or SMS. The pin will be sent back to the contacts in our systems associated with the shipment. IMPORTANT: You can only benefit from automatic pin redirection via our Call Centre service if you contact us from the number associated with the shipment for which you are requesting the pin.
